Greg’s mother set his mobile crib in the sand on the beach at the South End Pavilion in Spring Lake….and there began his life on the Jersey Shore.

Born and raised on the border of Spring Lake/Wall Twp, Greg attended Wall Township schools and spent his childhood at the South End Pavilion Beach in Spring Lake, crabbing in Wreck Pond, and riding his bike into downtown Spring Lake to visit his father’s art gallery. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Greg moved to New York City and spent a few years in advertising sales for major television networks. But he would leave the NYC skyscraper life to pursue his true calling back on the beaches of the Jersey Shore.

In 2003, Greg relocated to his hometown of the Jersey Shore to pursue a different kind of sales: real estate. He was surprised to learn that despite selling/buying a home being one of the most important elements in a person’s life, many Realtors lacked experience in business, marketing, and advertising. Many also lacked an understanding of the associated fields, such as architecture, zoning, and construction.

Greg started by managing his brother’s architecture firm in Sea Girt (then Christopher Rice Architecture, now Rice & Brown Architects). There, Greg absorbed a wealth of knowledge about land use, zoning, architectural design, construction, and most importantly: the values of a good home. What do people want in a home? Why do they gravitate toward one home vs. another? How do people live, and how does that dictate the real estate market?

Greg was now not only armed with this invaluable experience and fresh understanding of people’s residential needs, but he also cultivated relationships with the area’s builders, engineers, attorneys, township code officers and construction officials. In 2005, Greg became a licensed real estate agent, and when he combined this new knowledge and these new relationships with his Manhattan business and advertising background, it proved to be the perfect recipe for being a successful real estate agent.

Greg was the top-selling agent at his previous agency in Sea Girt for 9 years in a row (2008-2016) before joining Coldwell Banker Realty in Spring Lake in 2017, where he has been the top-selling agent for the past 7 years.

In 2018, Greg was the recipient of the N.J. Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club Award, which is presented to N.J. Realtors who have been recipients of the N.J. Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award for at least 10 years throughout their career. Greg achieved this designation in the first 15 years of his career.

Among the 60,000 agents in New Jersey alone, Newsweek Magazine’s “America’s Best Realtors” recently ranked Greg at #27.

From 2019-2023, Greg was awarded Coldwell Banker’s “International President’s Premier Award.” This is an extremely prestigious designation based upon sales volume and only achieved by the top 1% of Coldwell Banker’s 100,000+ agents WORLDWIDE.

Personally, Greg and his wife have been married for 16 years, have 3 children, 2 dogs, and are a Foster Family for the Wag-On-Inn Rescue Group in Tinton Falls where he and his family welcome rescued dogs into their home and then help place them into new homes through adoption.

From cottages to castles, Greg services all price points in real estate but continues to be the agent of choice for coastal luxury listings at the Shore and specializes in oceanfront, riverfront, and bayfront properties. Greg has a well-known reputation for being completely committed to his clients where he applies a relentless energy to achieving their goals.
